Our friends over at Grace Gems! have added something new to their website. Now, on top of all of the free electronic materials that they make available, they created a new link: Today’s Puritan Audio Devotional. These audios devotionals are short broadcast that are professionally produced and read out loud by godly pastors. Reformation Heritage Books has been working with Grace Gems! for some time, trying to bring books by Octavius Winslow and other classic writers back into publication. I was interested in the Puritan Devotional that Grace Gems is doing. I listened to one on Sermon Audio. It was only three minutes long. I also narrate Puritan books and at this time I am doing The Case and Cure of Desertion by Joseph Symonds first published in 1639. It takes almost three minutes to read a Puritan title back in the days before they had blurbs:)
